Independent living developer, Adlington, has said strong demand is behind a decision to commit to £80m of new projects this year – including an £11m scheme in Stafford. The Congleton-based group, which develops retirement homes and luxury apartments designed specifically for the over 60s, said the investment programme would results in seven new sites opening in 2017, creating a total of 385 new homes across the North West and Staffordshire.
