Richborough completes sale of land in Warwickshire for new housing
Richborough Estates has completed the sale of an 11-acre site in rural Warwickshire to Lioncourt Homes, paving the way for a new housing development.
The Mansell Farm site, which abuts the western edge of the village of Newbold-on-Stour, is currently in agricultural use but has consent for 60 new homes.
More than 35% of the area is set to be retained as woodland or open space and the development will include a dedicated children’s play area and car park for the adjacent St David’s Church.
