Refurbishment completes on 10 Temple Street to improve city office offering
A major office refurbishment in the heart of Birmingham’s business district has been completed.
The work on 10 Temple Street brings an additional 35,707 sq ft of Grade A specification commercial accommodation to the city’s offer.
The eight-storey building, owned by Freshwater Group, was stripped back to its frame to allow the refurbishment to take place.
The work has brought the building up to date and it now offers flexible floorplates with a contemporary feel, large windows and semi-exposed services.
