Trebor forms new joint venture for Prime Point 14
Commercial developer Trebor Developments and Seddon Developments have formed a joint venture to develop a new project in Staffordshire.
Prime Point 14, which extends to 11.7 acres, is situated within a mile of Junction 14 of the M6, near Stafford.
Planning consent has been granted for the development - a two-unit scheme of 66,000 sqft and 78,000 sq ft. Work is scheduled to start this summer, with the phased delivery of the seperate units.
Such space is in short supply in the area and is expected to attract strong interest.
