Naismiths appointed to £5.5m Birmingham factory development
Commercial property and construction consultancy Naismiths has been appointed to a £5.5m project involving the redevelopment of the site of a former Birmingham factory.
The firm has been instructed by Finance Birmingham to provide funder due diligence services on the scheme by Barberry Developments for the old Tucker Fasteners factory on the A34 Walsall Road at Perry Barr.
