Calthorpe Estates pledges further upgrade to Edgbaston Village
Calthorpe Estates has revealed plans to further enhance facilities and the public realm at heart of its Edgbaston Village scheme.
The property owner recently completed work to transform Victorian properties along Greenfield Crescent, one of the oldest surviving crescents in Birmingham, to create new retail, leisure, office and student accommodation.
The conversion of 10-15 Greenfield Crescent has provided a range of retail facilities from 872 - 3,689 sq ft and has seen the opening of EF Medispa, to be joned shortly by wine merch...
