New plans submitted for housing development
Plans have been submitted for almost 40 new homes in Shropshire.
Nuplace, a wholly-owned company set up by Telford & Wrekin Council, has submitted the application, which is for 39 houses on a site off Snedshill Way, St Georges.
It is the first site to be brought forward following the council’s approval for the expansion of its Housing Investment programme in June 2017.
