Design consultancy agrees 25,000 sq ft let in Birmingham
Design consultancy Arcadis is to consolidate its West Midlands operation by taking out a major let on a newly-refurbished Birmingham city centre office scheme.
The consultancy has signed up for 25,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in the newly redeveloped Cornerblock building.
Formerly known the home of KPMG at Two Cornwall Street, Bruntwood has invested heavily in the refurbishment of the building.
The new let will see Arcadis occupy two-floors within the building and consolidate 330 staff currently based at Baskerville Hous...
