Sutton Kersh finishes the year with a bang

Merseyside's leading property auction house ended its most successful year to date with a major auction of over 140 properties this week.

There was a large turnout for the final Sutton Kersh auction of 2016 - which raised over £1.6 million prior to the auction and over £5 million in total.

As expected lot 23, an impressive five-bedroomed property in Kensington, and lot 38, a three-storey property in Gateacre, beat their guide prices - £150,000 and £200,000.
