Liverpool tile manufacturer has work shown at top German art festival
Liverpool's bespoke tile manufacturer, Tile Fire, was chosen to work with the London based artists, Peles Empire, on their commission for Skulptur Projekte. The Skulptur Projekte is one of Germany's top art festivals held in the western German city of Münster every ten years. The festival, which first started in 1977, brings works of art from artists all over the world to the galleries and streets of Münster.
The installation, which measures some 8 metres in height is made up of individual A3 sized tiles, is located in a car park...
