Pavis Financial Management has promoted Carly Dunningham and Ross Davies to associate directors.
Dunningham joined the Liverpool-headquartered firm in 2015 as a financial planner and achieved chartered status earlier this year following completion of the Chartered Insurance Institute Advanced Diploma.
