Adapt or die, says new report

Nearly half of retail SMEs (48%) are expecting to grow in the next year, but difficulty in adapting to new technologies is damaging their growth potential.

According to a new report published today by Close Brothers Retail Finance, retail SMEs who trade online report higher growth ambitions with 52% of SMEs expecting sales growth in the next year, while just four in ten businesses that do not trade online expect to see growth.
