Listed K3 appoints new CFO

SALFORD-based K3, the listed business which provides software and managed services to the retail, manufacturing and distribution sectors, has appointed Robert Price as its chief financial officer from today (Tuesday October 18).

Price replaces Brian Davis, who will is leaving the company.

The appointment is one of a number of senior management team changes being made to drive forward the company's growth strategy, including the introduction of Adalsteinn Valdimarsson as its chief executive in September.
