£90m student scheme gets green light

PLANNING permission has been granted for a £90m new build and refurbished student scheme for the University of Liverpool.

The complex package of redevelopment will see six buildings at the Greenbank Campus - Derby House, Rathbone Hall, Rathbone House, Warden’s House, Warden’s Court and Roscoe and Gladstone Halls - replaced by three new accommodation blocks.
