Talent retention ‘vital’ say Cheshire business leaders

ONE of the biggest challenges the Cheshire economy faces is retaining talent to ensure growth businesses can access the skills they need.

A roundtable discussion in Chester, hosted by MBNA the financial services giant and one of the largest employers in the city, gathered business leaders from a wide range of sectors.
 
There was consensus that making sure school leavers are aware of the many opportunities on their doorstep, was a sensible first step.
