Manchester city centre is to get a new four star hotel.
The Dalata Hotel Group has announced it is planning to open a 276 room hotel next to the Circle Square scheme on Oxford Road.
The chain has signed an agreement to the lease the hotel which is being built alongside the mixed-use regeneration scheme on the former BBC Oxford Road site.
The deal has been agreed with CEPF II, a fund administered by Catalyst Capital.
The hotel is due to open in 2021, with construction subject to the scheme being granted planning permission ...
