Liverpool games developer signs global deal with computer console giant

Video game developer Firesprite has signed a major deal with computer giant Sony. Liverpool based Firesprite has signed an exclusive license and distribution agreement with the global giant. The intellectual property and creative industries team at law firm Shoosmiths advised the firm on the deal.
