Tech firm set to more than double workforce

Bury-based customer service technology firm, Gnatta, has expanded its workforce to 30 people, from 16 in 2015, and expects to hire another 10 people by the end of 2018. Gnatta will be recruiting a number of roles, including a business analyst, a database administrator, and support team members, as well as increasing its technology team of software developers, dev-ops, and testers.
