True Bearing Chartered Financial Planners has launched a seven-year growth plan which will boost staff numbers and turnover through the use of new technology and geographical expansion. Based in Euxton, near Chorley, the firm has grown its team by 300% since 2011, currently employing 64 staff. Now its chair and founder, George Critchley, has set out plans to double staff numbers and triple its turnover to £15m by 2025.
