Altrincham business Hydraton has been bought by Scottish firm Pryme Group for an undisclosed amount. The Dundee-headquartered integrated manufacturing firm acquired Hydratron for an undisclosed sum as part of its growth plans to achieve turnover of more than £40million by 2021.
