Barrister appointed to national anti-doping panel
Manchester barrister, David Casement QC, has been appointed to the National Anti-Doping Panel (NADP) and the Sport Resolutions Chairpersons' List.
David, a barrister at Kings Chambers, is a specialist in sports law, commercial dispute resolution and chancery.
The National Anti-Doping Panel (NADP) is run by Sport Resolutions, an independent dispute resolution service for sport in the UK.
It appoints the tribunals and oversees the hearings that determine allegations of anti-doping rule violation.
