Equistone backs WHP Telecoms in MBO from Palatine
Equistone Partners Europe has completed the management buyout of Warrington-based WHP Telecoms, a provider of professional services to the mobile telecoms infrastructure sector, from Palatine Private Equity for an undisclosed fee.
WHP is a provider of end-to-end services for the planning, design, acquisition, deployment, upgrade and maintenance of mobile network masts, antennae and base stations for all major UK mobile operators.
