The new owner of Cheshire cocktail bars and dining outlets DV8 has gone from waitress to owner in just eight years, raising the cash to buy venues, together valued at £1.8m
Owner Life & Soul Ltd agreed to sell the Sandbach and Congleton establishments to bar manager Stephanie Chaddock, who joined the company in 2008 as a waitress.
She quickly showed organisational and leadership qualities and progressed through the business until she was appointed to manage the new DV8 venue in Sandbach in 2016.
