Gillespies appointed for Croxteth regeneration plan
Liverpool housing sssociation Cobalt Housing has appointed masterplanners and designers Gillespies to work on its estate regeneration plan for Stonedale Crescent in Croxteth.
The estate sits within one of Liverpool City Council’s Mayoral priority development zones, focused on improving social and economic conditions for both residents and neighbourhoods.
Gillespies is supported by partners Hemingway Design, Cushman & Wakefield, Ekosgen and Mott MacDonald.
