Telesis swoops for neighbouring rival to create £9m turnover company

Bolton business communications specialist Telesis has completed the acquisition of Digital Telecom Airtime. Funding to assist the deal has been provided by the Royal Bank of Scotland corporate transactions team. The acquisition enables Telesis to strengthen its existing business and increases its turnover to more than £9m and their members of staff to 52.
