Boohoo’s share value dented by brother’s £14.8m sell off

Shares in online fashion retailer Boohoo.com fallen 4.6% after the brother of one of its founders sold £14.8m worth of his shares. Jalal Kamani, the 57-year-old brother of Mahmud Kamani, 53, offloaded 7.7 million shares at 191.2p each, before shares in the company fell 8.75p to 182.7p. He held a 6.8% - or 76.5 million shares - stake the company. This has now fallen to 5.58%, or 68.8 million shares.
