Norman to take the helm at struggling Vauxhall

Struggling car maker Vauxhall which earlier this week announced a further 250 job losses at its Ellesmere Port site has appointed a new boss. French owner PSA Group said its current head of sales and marketing Stephen Norman will become managing director of Vauxhall Motors and Opel Ireland, replacing Rory Harvey at the end of February.
