Converge TS bought out by PE firm
Specialist managed and hosted IT services provider to the legal sector Converge-IT.Net (Converge TS) has been bought out by lower mid-market investor Tenzing for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2006 by managing director Nigel Wright, Daresbury, Cheshire-based Converge TS provides its services through private cloud.
It provides mission critical managed cloud services to the UK legal sector including infrastructure as a service, hosting, business continuity as well as other managed IT and infrastructure services.
