Cloud technology firm acquires software developer
Cloud services firm ANS Group has acquired cloud transformation and application development company Webantic.
ANS said the acquisition bolsters the company’s ability to offer end-to-end managed cloud services, enabling ANS customers to migrate and manage their applications and develop next generation digital business applications in the public cloud.
