Renowned chef makes a splash with Wreckfish launch
Gary Usher has launched his latest restaurant in Liverpool.
Wreckfish is the fourth restaurant in Usher’s portfolio and will open on Seel Street, opposite boutique hotel The Nadler.
Wreckfish recently made the headlines after a record-breaking crowdfunding campaign raised the initial £200,000 required to start the project.
With support from the likes of chefs Tom Kerridge, Simon Rimmer and several other Michelin-star chefs, it was the largest ever amount raised in the UK by Kickstarter for a restaurant.
