Changes in the financial driving seat for Conviviality and Arrow Global
Crewe-based Conviviality, owner of Bargain Booze and Wine Rack, has announced its group chief finance officer Andrew Humphreys will step down from the AIM-listed company’s board at the end of the month and will leave the business after a period of handover to his successor.
His place will be taken by Mark Moran, who has more than 20 years’ experience at CFO level across a number of different businesses.
