Henry Boot Developments has boosted its Manchester team with the appointment of Steve Manifold as a senior development surveyor.
Maniford joins HBD from Knight Frank where he was an associate within the firm’s Manchester logistics and industrial team. Prior to six years at Knight Frank, Steve spent 10 years at commercial property consultancy, Nolan Redshaw.
Now moving client-side at HBD, Manifold brings with him more than 15 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of the North West commercial property market.
