A fine-dining restaurant in Liverpool has expanded its food and drink offer with the support of a six-figure finance package from HSBC. The Art School, which was launched in September 2014 by chef patron Paul Askew, has used the funding to refurbish a cellar bar area within the restaurant building to create a new, state-of-the-art champagne and wine bar – adding to its award-winning food credentials.
