Law firms Kennedys and berg complete merger
Global law firm Kennedys has completed its merger with one of Manchester’s most respected law firms, augmenting its global commercial litigation practice.
berg, founded in 1980 by Reuben Berg, specialised in banking and finance, commercial disputes, employment, real estate, and corporate and commercial matters.
Berg, who was senior partner at berg, and Alison Loveday, formerly CEO, join Kennedys as partners together with their team, and will double the size of Kennedys’ UK commercial practice.
