Boyers takes national M&A role at KPMG
BIG FOUR firm KPMG has appointed dealmaker Jonathan Boyers to a new role as national head of its corporate finance M&A Group.
Boyers, who has been with the firm for 28 years and is based at its Manchester office, is a high profile figure in the North West deals market.
He led the sale of Knowsley-based Clarke Energy to US company Kohler Power Group for £300m in February - a deal which won TheBusinessDesk's International Deal of the Year at this year's Rainmaker Awards.
