Former Arcadis partner Stuart Dick has joined Genr8 as the Manchester-based developer prepares to deliver more than £100m of development over the next two years.
Construction is expected to start in October at Rochdale Riverside, Genr8’s 200,000sq ft retail and leisure scheme.
