People: Triple partner promotion at Kuits; Napthens boosts litigation team; and more
Manchester commercial law firm Kuits has announced a trio of partner promotions.
Jan Winstanley of the corporate team, which has grown its turnover by 52% in the last three years, was promoted alongside Paul Bricknell and Lauren Clyne of the firm’s private client team.
Winstanley specialises in complex corporate reorganisations, acting for both lenders and borrowers. Her work this year has included advising Allied Irish Bank in relation to its funding of the management buyout of City Air Express.
