Textile firm bought out of administration by local rival

Rochdale-based TBA Textiles has been sold out of administration to local rival The Fothergill Group, saving the jobs of all 57 of its workforce. TBA entered administration on May 30 with Ben Woolrych and Russell Cash, partners at FRP Advisory appointed to handle its affairs while it continued to trade as a going concern.
