Two prominent guest houses in the Lake District visitor hotspot of Keswick have been sold by real estate advisors Colliers International for a combined sum of almost £1.2m. Acting on behalf of retiring couple John and Sue Armstrong, Colliers sold Appletrees guest house in The Heads, Keswick from an asking price of £699,500 to Jason and Catherine Fairfield who are relocating from Burnley. Colliers also acted for Pat and Linda Dent, who are retiring to Spain, in the sale from an asking price of £495,000 of Rivendell guest house...
