Higginson stepping down at N Brown

Manchester-based home shopping group N Brown has announced that Andrew Higginson is to step down as chairman after five years in the post. Higginson is intending to pursue opportunities in the private equity sector, he has told the board. Senior independent director Ron McMillan is leading the process to identify and appoint a new chairman.
