Talash Hotels marks its latest acquisition
A Warwickshire hotels group has enlarged its portfolio with the acquisition of new property in the North West. Talash Hotels Group, based in Leamington Spa, has purchased the Mercure Wigan Oak in a deal backed by Allied Irish Bank. Talash Hotels was formed in 2007 by brothers Sanjay and Ravi Kathuria, who have built the group up to the point where it comprises 11 different character properties.
