WH Ireland exchanges contracts at One New Bailey
Stockbroker and wealth management firm WH Ireland has exchanged contracts on its new home at One New Bailey on the banks of the River Irwell.
The deal with English Cities Fund sees the firm take 6,610 sq ft at the development, where it will occupy part of the first floor on a ten-year lease.
WH Ireland said it selected the new development due to its proximity to Spinningfields, adding that it has plans to recruit and grow its wealth management and planning teams.
