Taberu set to open first high-end Chinese restaurant in Manchester

Taberu has acquired the leasehold of 53 King Street in Manchester to launch the first of a chain of high-end Chinese bao bars targeted at the professional lunchtime market. The Pan-Asian themed ‘grab and go’ style restaurant will specialise in bao – Chinese steamed buns – and is being run by award winning restauranteurs Victor and Vinny Yu.
