Intertek, the quality assurance provider which has its centre of excellence in Manchester, has bought German firm KJ Tech Services. KJ Tech Services is a provider of vehicle, component, lubrication and fuel testing services. Founded in 1989, it is based in Griesheim and employs around 100 people. The business generated revenues of approximately €9.7m in 2016.
