Modern Air System rebrands as Hilson Filtration Products in MBO
The Greater Manchester firm formerly known as Modern Air Systems has undergone a management buy out led by the firm’s managing director Vas Mistry for an undisclosed fee.
The business has been relaunched as Hilson Filtration Products.
Funding to assist the deal has been structured by Allied Irish Bank (GB) with facilities being provided consisting of a term loan and an invoice discounting line.
Based in Ashton-under-Lyne, Hilson Filtration Products employs 18 people and has a turnover of £1.6m.
