Joseph Holt in £25m refinancing deal

Manchester brewer Joseph Holt has agreed a £25m refinancing package with the Royal Bank of Scotland to support the growth of its pub estate, brewery and to develop new products. The family brewer, with the sixth generation of the family now working in the business, was established in 1849 and has been brewing award winning beers and lagers at their brewery on Empire Street, Cheetham Hill since 1860.
