Plans submitted for £68m apartments near ‘Theatre of Dreams’
Cole Waterhouse has revealed plans for a new £68m scheme for 354 apartments near Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium, dubbed the Theatre of Dreams by the club's fans.
Cole Waterhouse is a joint venture between Real Estate Capital, Park Vale Capital and Lincoln Vale Florin Ltd.
This is the second such mixed use scheme the JV has worked on with planning application on three more sites scheduled in both Manchester and London.
