Budget 2011: NW business leaders’ seal of approval

NORTH West business leaders have given George Osborne's second Budget their thumbs up.

Damian Waters, regional director of the CBI said it would  help businesses grow and create jobs.

"The Chancellor has made clear the UK is open for business.  The promise of enterprise zones in Liverpool and Greater Manchester is also broadly welcomed and we await further detail on those.
