Weekender: Rotarians out to pack 50,000 meals for hungry people across globe
Rotarians and volunteers in Bolton are joining forces with an international hunger relief organisation to pack 50,000 meals for people across the globe in urgent need of food.
The Rotary Club of Bolton Lever and the charity Rise Against Hunger are partnering for “District 1285 Meal Pack” which will take place at Sharples School in Bolton on Saturday, April 14, 2018.
Bolton businesses are also being asked to contribute by taking any one of various sponsorship options for the event, ranging price from £75 to £3,500. Sponsors...
