Stuart leads our Leeds and Newcastle office tax practices and a team of over 200 people specialising in coporate tax, VAT, employer taxes and personal tax. Stuart is experienced in working with large corporate and internal groups, assisting them with structuring issues and financing projects.

Stuart has significant transaction support experience particularly with private equity backed groups and has assisted them in acquisitions, disposals and flotation projects
